The Inclusion Index Calculator allows you to reflect critically on your organisation’s current efforts to include marginalized youth — such as racial minorities, disabled youth, migrants, and other underrepresented groups. By answering a short series of questions across six key areas, you’ll receive a score and a set of tailored recommendations.
This is not an exam or a test — it’s a learning and improvement tool designed to help your organisation grow in its commitment to genuine inclusion.
You can use this tool as a one-time assessment, or repeat it later to measure progress. We recommend revisiting it every 6–12 months.
