Beyond Tokenism: Youth Leading Inclusion (BETYLI) is an innovative European project that fights tokenism and promotes genuine inclusion in youth organisations. Through digital tools, educational materials and an international network of committed organisations, we aim to transform diversity into real and meaningful participation.
We believe that inclusion is not just about representation, but about ensuring that all voices are heard, valued and have a real impact in their communities. To achieve this, we developed practical resources such as the Inclusion Index Calculator, an educational toolkit, eLearning courses and training events in several countries.
BETYLI is a collaborative effort funded by the Erasmus+ programme, involving organisations from Croatia, the Netherlands, Spain and Germany. Through workshops, research and digital activism, we empower young people and professionals in the sector to recognise and combat tokenism, promoting a more equitable and diverse society.
